When you feel the dark
You look into the abyss
It draws you
So you stare into it
It stares back
You get sucked in
Surrounded by the dark
It gets in
Fills you up
You and the dark become one
It’s like being wrapped in a warm blanket
Inside and out
All the pain is gone
All the anger is gone
All the hate is gone
And yet no joy
No happiness
No moon
No stars
It’s death.
