Find Your Being

Look into the eyes of any animal and you can see an intense ‘being’ looking back at you. We forget our human ‘being’ and it tends to lie dormant whilst our convoluted survival mechanism subjects us to its fears and anxieties. Deep Trauma

Let’s talk about emotions. Most of them don’t hit deep and can be easily controlled. We think that some are deep but they’re not total trauma and with a lot of work can still be released.
