You’re A Prisoner

In prison
Your body is contained
But your mind doesn’t have to be
Accept the physical
Free the mind
Don’t count the days
Be in the moment
Train both mind and body
The body accepting the limits
The mind has none
You’re in a prison
Inside a prison
Our meat vehicle is a prison
Even in normal life
Disability is a prison
But the mind can always be free.
Understand this
And you can never be contained.
