My thoughts on ‘assisted dying’.
Everyone can end their own life at anytime.
The law is an ass regarding that.

The only questions are:
Can they do it without leaving a mess physically and legally for others to sort out.
Can it be done painlessly.

The act passing through parliament should therefore include:
Legal advice including a last will and testament.
Psychological advice and help if they feel they have no option but there are others to consider.
A painless way to leave the world leaving no mess.

It is the individual’s choice and does not belong to others, if they decide to go they can do it irregardless of what others say or rule without consequence to themselves.

The problems are the painful way they may have to resort to do it and the mess they will leave behind for others.
